From hitting the streets selling frozen treats to dishing out discounts in support of locally-owned businesses, the below are some mildly successful personal projects & ventures I’ve launched throughout my career.

Common Delights

Launched in the Fall of 2021, Common Delights is a gift box service that makes it easy to Surprise and Delight your clients, family members or friends with curated local goods. Initially offering three tiers of curated gift baskets, varying in price and unique offerings ranging from locally made chocolates, bags of coffee and candles to handwritten cards, artist prints and handmade charcuterie boards.

Common Pops

Common Pops is small, but rapidly growing popsicle company proudly based in the beautiful city of Greenville, South Carolina. Sourcing the majority of our ingredients from the Upstate region with the help of our farming friends, Common Pops is a brand that champions the ordinary - the everyday, the minute details, the relationships. We’re your cheerleader, your best neighbor, your cheeky co-worker. We’re all a little different, but can all share something in common.

The Candid Entrepreneur

A collection interviews with small business owners and entrepreneurs from all walks of life and levels of success, candidly talking about the unique experiences, struggles, mistakes, misconceptions and failures they’ve faced (or are actively facing) along their entrepreneurial journey.

The Local Notion

Launched in 2012, The Local Notion was a local loyalty card program designed to drive foot traffic and revenue into the independent, locally-owned business of Athens, Georgia. At its height the program included over 100 local businesses that offered discounts or incentives who customers who presented The Local Notion card when doing business. TLN closed up shop in 2017 after a potential acquisition to both keep it running and expand it into additional cities fell through, but it will never be forgotten. In fact, if you walk the streets of Athens you’ll still see the windows of numerous business still sporting The Local Notion member decals.
